Pricing

What Pier Standard costs

A monthly fee that scales with the size of your harbour. No setup fee, no one-off payment — and a share only where Pier Standard brings you revenue.

One fee, monthly, by size

A harbour with forty berths should not pay like one with four hundred. So the fee follows the number of your berths rather than a tier you have to squeeze yourself into. It is due monthly and it ends when you stop.

  • No setup fee
  • No development costs
  • No one-off payment
  • Monthly, by number of berths

Ten per cent — but only on subletting

When you sublet free berths through Pier Standard, Pier Standard keeps ten per cent of that. Nothing else is charged: not your permanent berth holders, not workshop jobs, not sales. Sublet nothing and you pay nothing. When the harbour earns, Pier Standard earns.

  • Only on berths let through Pier Standard
  • No revenue, no share
  • Payment runs through Pier Standard — no more waiting for your money

What is included at no extra cost

Not a kit where half of it costs extra. What a harbour is legally obliged to do is part of the software, not an add-on module.

  • Hosted in Germany
  • Encryption to the highest industry standards
  • Real-time backups
  • GDPR-compliant (DPA)
  • GoBD-compliant document archiving
  • E-invoicing: ZUGFeRD and XRechnung
  • DATEV export for your accountant
  • Existing data imported straight away

Why there is no figure on this page

Because we cannot name one that is true for every harbour, and because the pricing model is not finally settled. Putting a number on this page and taking it back later would be the opposite of what we set out to do. In the demo you see your figure — worked out from your berths, not from a table.

Frequently asked questions

What does Pier Standard cost?
A monthly fee that scales with the size of the harbour. No setup fee, no development costs, no one-off payment. On top of that a 10 % share, but only on berths sublet through Pier Standard — when the harbour earns, Pier Standard earns. We name the figure in the demo, because it depends on how many berths you have.
How is this different from berth-subletting portals?
They sublet berths, and that is all. In Pier Standard subletting is one module among many: occupancy and contracts, workshop jobs and materials, quotes, the customer portal, staff and invoicing are all tied to a single case.
Do we have to start from scratch?
No. Your existing data is imported, so you start with your own berths, customers and contracts rather than an empty system. What that means for your operation is something we go through in the demo, using your own workflows.
